Key Responsibilities:

Technical Duties

• Assist technicians with routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of equipment and building systems.
• To support hands on machinery maintenance to support daily production and operation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision.
• Help set up, move, or install equipment and workstations as required.
• Support safety checks, preventive maintenance tasks, and facility upkeep.
• Respond to simple service requests and escalate more complex issues to senior technicians.

Paperwork / Administrative Duties

• Record maintenance activities, completed tasks, and inspection results accurately.
• Help prepare and process work orders, checklists, and daily reports.
• Maintain inventory logs for tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Assist in organizing service records, vendor documents, and compliance forms.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality records for internal and external audits.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain and update safety-related documentation for DOSH/DOE submissions.
• Update the safety master list according to DOSH requirements.
• Promote and practice 5S to ensure the workplace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

General

• Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Working Location : Seberang Jaya

Working Hours : 11am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
