Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare export and import documents and coordinate with forwarders
• Manage shipping documents and maintain Excel records for traceability
• Preparing PO, applying HS codes, and other tasks assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Logistics, Business, or related field
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Bahasa Malaysia & English for internal communication
• Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Working Hours:

• 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
• 5 working days per week
