Full Time Network Support Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in Media Smart Resources Sdn Bhd Johor Bahru - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote support to hospital user
• Assist with network configuration for system migrations and device configuration
• Provide operation support including device setup, OS troubleshooting, networking issues, printer and hardware support.
• Create, manage, and secure user accounts, permissions, licences, and 2FA policies
• Troubleshoot UTP & fiber cabling & TCP/IP communication issues
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, static IPs, DNS, SMB/NAS file sharing, and network paths.
• Maintain IT asset inventory including network equipment and software licences.
• Oversee procurement, deployment, tagging, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, troubleshooting steps, and IT knowledge base for both internal and customer systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic system checks to ensure reliability of devices, databases, and networks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support, Network
• Good understanding of Windows networking including TCP/IP, DNS, SMB/NAS shares, firewalls, and VLANs.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills and familiarity with device management.
• Prefer candidates staying nearby Hospital Sultan Ismail, Tebrau (due to on-call support after office hours
• Good communication skills and confidence in customer-facing situations.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal

supervision.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
