About the role

A Force Technology Limited is seeking an eShop Operator to join our dynamic eBusiness and Marketing team. This is a full-time position based in Tsuen Wan, Tsuen Wan District.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain eShop platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, attractive and optimised for search and conversion.

• Monitor daily eShop performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer engagement, and report findings to management for improving traffic and sales result.

• Process customer orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

• Implement and execute direct marketing campaigns through social media, digital channels and email to drive customer acquisition and retention

• Develop and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with CRM best practices

• Analyse customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

• Provide excellent customer support by responding to enquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive customer relationships

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives

• Test and optimise eShop user experience, checkout processes, and digital touchpoints to improve conversion rates

• Maintain compliance with e-commerce regulations, data protection standards, and company policies

What we're looking for

• 
  Proven experience operating and managing eCommerce platforms or online retail environments (such as HKTVmall, *************, JD, XHS or any other online marketplaces)

• Proficiency with eShop management tools, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms

• Good sense on analytical skills with the ability to interpret eShop data and generate actionable insights

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset

• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in order processing and data management

• Diploma in eBusiness, Digital Marketing or related subjects; or certificates on a close related eBusiness, AI marketing is desirable
