The incumbent will be responsible for performing purchasing duties and providing support to the Centralized Purchasing Team.
Diploma or above in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supply Management / Hotel Management related discipline
Ideally 1-2 years working experience in purchasing with skills and competency to handle food & beverage purchases, cost analysis, supplier performance management, quotation monitoring and report updating. Working experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
Strong sense of integrity, self-motivated, a good team player, good analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CheckSCM application is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese
Candidate with more experience will be considered for Assistant Purchasing Officer.
Fresh university graduate may also be considered.
