Qualifications

• Strong technical photography skills, including camera operation, composition, and lighting for studio and on-location shoots.
• Proficiency with photo editing and retouching tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software).
• Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs and deliver on-brand visual concepts.
• Ability to manage end-to-end shoot logistics, including planning, set preparation, and coordination with talent or vendors.
• Understanding of digital asset workflows, file management, and preparing images for web, social, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with iterative testing, feedback, and multiple deliverables.
• Relevant education or training in photography, visual arts, media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools or interest in learning how to integrate AI into visual production is a plus.
• Experience in commercial, advertising, or brand photographyt, ideally with global or high-growth brands, is beneficial.
