Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of project implementation and operations maintenance for facilities setup.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure operational reliability.
• Monitor building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and statutory requirements.
• Support Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities and facility-related safety initiatives.
• Manage service requests and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
  
  
  

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, Property Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, warehouse operations support, or a similar role.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial environments will be an added advantage.
