Manage the Director's time and workload by handling administrative tasks like scheduling, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel, allowing the Director to focus on higher-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Director's Office.
Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support.
Manage office facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
Handle the Director's monthly accounts.
Assist with Mandarin language translation.
Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
