Store and warehouse management

1. Plan storage layout and coordinating the preparation of proper storage

2. Acquire the necessary racking, labelling, packing materials

3. Acquire and maintain the necessary material handling equipment such as forklift, weighing machine etc.

4. Ensure products are arranged in an economical and safe manner in the designated area

5. Tag and label products properly according to SAGE 50/UBS Stock Code

6. Update location and shelves no into SAGE 50/UBS Stock System

7. Implement a control system to safeguard stocks from theft etc.

8. Ensure that store are always in a tidy and clean condition according to 5S requirement

SAGE 50/UBS stock records maintenance

1. Raise Transfer document in SAGE 50/UBS when stocks are transferred from one location to another or when stocks are found reject (reject location)

2. Raise Issue document in SAGE 50/UBS when stocks are issued out for office consumption or for production

3. Raise Assembly document when products are assembled

Stock receiving coordination

1. Make arrangement for receiving of stocks from supplier

2. Count the stock, check visible physical condition in good order and acknowledge receipt on suppliers DO

3. Notify QC Department for incoming inspection

4. Update GRN in SAGE 50/UBS Stock

5. Forward GRN and suppliers DO to Operation Coordinator

6. Store the stocks at designated area depending on condition of stocks

Stock delivery arrangement

1. Count and prepare the necessary packaging for products to be delivered

2. Tag and label the outgoing products properly

3. Ensure safe handling of stocks onto transporter vehicle

Stock monitoring and reporting

1. Ensure stock records tally with physical stock count through periodical stock counts etc.

2. Prepare relevant stock reports encompassing stock status, aging, dead stocks, rejects etc.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
