• Plan, monitor, and adjust material requirements based on operational needs, ensuring timely replenishment and avoiding shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure accuracy of records while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain planning data, reports, and documentation, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Follow up on material requests, delivery status, and outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on planning updates, delays, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, including proper documentation, approvals, and processes.
• Identify planning gaps or inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Escalate any risks, delays, or non-compliance to the superior in a timely manner.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
