Business Domain Knowledge

• Malaysia Payroll and Time & Attendance process
• Knowledge of SAP products (e.g., SuccessFactors) helpful
• Deep understanding of change disciplines (e.g., Agile), transformation management, and risk management
• Sound knowledge of LEAN and experience leading change/re-engineering processes on a global scale

Job Description

• Proven experience delivering Payroll and/or Time & Attendance projects
• Proven experience operating in a Project Manager role across a multi-discipline programme
• Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability working across multi-disciplinary and multi-culturally diverse work environments
• Proven experience managing financial and operational controls within project boundaries
• Vendor management experience

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
