Responsibilities

- Design Support & Execution: Assist in creating eye-catching multimedia assets, including

static layouts, social media graphics, simple motion graphics, and video edits tailored for

high-converting ad campaigns.

- Learning Brand Guidelines: Study and learn from creative briefs, client requirements, and

campaign goals to ensure design accuracy and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

- Teamwork Collaboration: Work closely with seniors to apply client feedback and design

revisions, learning how to adapt quickly to changing project priorities and market trends.

- Asset & File Organization: Help maintain and organize shared asset libraries, templates, and

design systems to ensure a smooth, efficient team workflow.

- Positive work ethnic & Punctuality: Maintain a proactive attitude, ensuring all assigned tasks

are high quality, accurate, and delivered on time.

- Continuous Learning: Actively seek feedback from seniors, stay curious about new design

trends, and eagerly adopt internal tools and agency processes.

Requirements & Skills

- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Art/Design/Creative

Multimedia or related field

- A portfolio showcasing school or personal projects that demonstrate a foundational design

sense, creativity, and layout skills.

- Basic understanding of layout composition, typography, color theory, and branding.

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic knowledge of video

editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).

- Interest in using AI tools to enhance design workflows and creativity.

- Able to converse in both English and Mandarin (to be able to converse with our international

colleagues)

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur)
