About clickmygas

clickmygas is an on-demand cooking gas cylinder delivery platform serving customers across the Klang Valley. Our ecosystem consists of customer and rider mobile applications, an admin dashboard, a supplier management portal, and an AWS cloud backend powering the entire platform.

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Software Engineer who enjoys building products, solving real-world problems, and taking ownership of features from development through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our .NET MAUI mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Maintain and improve our Admin Dashboard and Supplier Management Portal.
• Develop new features across the mobile apps and web platforms.
• Integrate and maintain REST APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot production issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Work with our AWS cloud infrastructure, including application deployment and backend services.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET MAUI (or Xamarin.Forms with migration experience).
• Experience developing and publishing Android and iOS applications.
• Experience consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Git version control.
• Familiarity with SQL databases or NoSQL databases.
• Basic understanding of AWS cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

• ASP.NET Core Web API
• AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, IAM, and API Gateway
• Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Payment gateway integration
• WhatsApp API integration
• Amazon Textract or OCR solutions
• Windows Server and IIS administration
• Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines
• React, Angular, or other modern web frameworks
