ROLE

The Trade Management team, part of Investment Operations, oversees the full trade lifecycle across Asia. Covering equities, fixed income, currencies, derivatives, and alternative investments, the team partners closely with traders, portfolio managers, and global operations groups to ensure effective oversight, risk management, and innovative solutions for new clients, products, and strategies.

As part of the Trade Management team, you will:

• Take ownership of trading-related activities from an operations perspective.
• Support industry and regulatory requirements for trade confirmation and settlement.
• Manage trade confirmation and settlement across markets and products, meeting strict cut-offs.
• Provide desk support, handling ad-hoc queries and business initiatives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements with management.
• Build strong relationships with trading desks, brokers, custodians, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in Operations/Middle Office within financial services.
• Hands-on operational experience in one or more products: Equities, Fixed Income, Futures, IRS.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving ability.
• Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Risk-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Track record of collaboration across teams and relationship building.

Preferred Experience

• Buy-side operations exposure.

Contract role till Dec 2026 and subject to further extension.
