Qualifications

• Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills to architect, implement, and optimize infrastructure solutions.
• Proficiency in System Administration and Technical Support to manage servers, networks, and critical applications.
• Advanced Troubleshooting capabilities for diagnosing and resolving complex system and performance issues.
• Experience with security best practices, including compliance-oriented environments (e.g., HIPAA or similar frameworks).
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is beneficial.
