he Zipline Experience Supervisor works closely with the GERs team within

Operations to ensure daily park SOPs are followed and supports the GEMs

in overseeing smooth park operations.

In This Role, Your Responsibility Will Be

Daily Operations:

• Conduct daily opening checklist to ensure all safety protocols are in place.
• Perform safety equipment checks to verify that all gear is in proper working condition.
• Monitor and maintain the zipline course to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Provide clear instructions and safety briefings to participants.
• Assist with any other operational tasks as needed.
• Supporting GEM and GES operation team as needed.

Daily Operations: (Supporting Role only)

• Work with the team (Front / Back / Guide) to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Assist GEMs in conducting pre-opening checks to verify all facilities are safe, clean, and ready for public access.
• Assist GEMs in leading morning briefings with on-duty staff, communicating daily priorities, special events, and operational updates.
• Assist GEMs to ensure all park facilities are secured at the end of the day, including locking doors, switching off utilities, and ensuring night security is in place.
• Assist GEMs to plan and coordinate outdoor events, educational programs, and guided tours in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report incidents or emergencies to the MOD / GEMs / Park Director promptly and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure daily float cash is provided to Guest Experience Rangers (GERs) for point-of-sale operations.
• Ensure and lead the team in welcoming guests and promoting the product.
• Assist and back up the team during lunch breaks.
• Assist with the orientation and hands-on training of new GERs.
• Assist in reporting any staff issues or in motivating staff to handle customers confidently

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

Previous experience with high ropes, ziplines, PPE safety checks and/or rope access and climbing is required.
