• 1.5 hours lunch break
• Johor
• 1 year renewable contract

Job Scope

• Prepare schedules of subcontract works to be called together with a list of tenders to be invited.
• Obtain quotations from tenderers and suppliers, and prepare recommendations and award of subcontracts in accordance with the schedule of subcontracts.
• Liaise with the Project Engineer on deductions from subcontractors for material, plant, work purchased, hired or carried out on claim.
• Prepare and submit progress and contractual claims to the Client and ensure timely certification and settlement of contractual claims.
• Administer subcontractor claims and verify subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and finalise the account with the Client and all subcontractors and suppliers.
