Position: Data Analyst

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (extendable based on performance)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Salary: up to RM7000 (based on experience / last salary)

Job Responsibilities

•Manage and maintain data pipelines to ensure data integrity and efficient data flow.

•Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards for business reporting and insights.

•Generate operational reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.

•Retrieve and manipulate data using SQL to support operational and strategic initiatives.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure data consistency.

•Perform ad hoc data analysis and provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

•Work with the data quality team to improve reporting accuracy and data monitoring processes.

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or another quantitative field.

•Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or a similar analytics role, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or technology environments.

•Strong proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and analysis.

•Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.

•Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation or automation is an added advantage.

•Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

•Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

•Able to work independently and adapt quickly to new tools and processes
