We're looking for an organized, proactive, and hands-on Operations Assistant to support our corporate health screening events. If you enjoy coordinating tasks, communicating with people, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Health Screening Events

• Setup and attend corporate health screening events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.
• Prepare all required documents before and during health screening events, including reports for participants and doctor consultations.
• Coordinate event logistics, materials, and equipment.

Client & Doctor Coordination

• Communicate event details and schedules to clients promptly.
• Liaise with corporate clients to ensure their requirements are met.
• Facilitate communication between doctors and clients during health screening events to ensure a smooth consultation process.
• Address client enquiries and provide operational support throughout the event.

Operations Support

• Deliver or collect documents, samples and supplies when required.
• Coordinate courier services and monitor deliveries.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Is organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possesses a valid driving licence and is willing to travel for events and operational duties.
