Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for planning the company's quality system architecture and establishing,

drafting, optimizing, and continuously improving quality system documents to ensure

the company's operations comply with quality system requirements.

2.Responsible for organizing annual internal audits and management reviews of the

quality system to ensure its suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness, and to form

management review and internal audit records.

3.Assist various departments to establish quality system management process,

continuously optimizing these process, and improving process operational efficiency.

4.Responsible for organizing external quality system reviews and certification audits to

ensure smooth passage of third-party certification audits, maintaining the validity of the

company's quality certification certificates.

5.To comply with the company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and

procedures, and to participate in EHS programs and training as required.

Job Requirement

1.Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or

Quality Management; relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are an added

advantage

2.Minimum 1 year of experience in quality management systems, experience in

manufacturing or related industry is highly preferred.

3.Familiar with knowledge related to process optimization.

4.Experience in leading the implementation of ISO9001/ISO14000/ISO45001 quality

management systems.

5.Experience in implementing other management systems, such as AS9100D,

IATF16949, etc.

6.Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to establish and maintain

cooperation among teams.
