Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Personalisation Lead (Data-Driven) to build and scale Arki’s growth engine.

This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and marketing, and is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven experimentation and AI-powered personalisation.

You will design and implement systems that deliver the right message, product, and action to each client—at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own Arki’s Growth Engine

• Drive end-to-end funnel performance: acquisition → activation → retention → contribution → referral
• Optimise CAC, conversion rates, and lifetime value
• Develop scalable growth strategies across digital channels

2. Build Personalisation & Nudging Systems

• Design and implement customer segmentation models (behavioural, lifecycle, financial goals)
• Develop personalised journeys across onboarding, funding, and investing
• Power Arki’s behavioural nudging engine to improve financial outcomes

3. Establish Data Infrastructure for Growth

• Define event tracking frameworks (user behaviour, attribution, lifecycle events)
• Partner with engineering to build robust data pipelines
• Ensure high-quality, accessible data for analytics and decision-making

4. Lead Experimentation & Optimisation

• Design and run A/B tests across product, marketing, and nudges
• Build a culture of continuous experimentation and iteration
• Measure causal impact and optimise based on data insights

5. Own Martech & AI Stack

• Manage and optimise tools such as CDPs, CRM platforms, and analytics systems
• Work with data/AI teams to deploy personalisation and recommendation models
• Continuously evaluate and implement new growth technologies

Key Outcomes / KPIs

• Improvement in conversion and activation rates
• Increase in client funding and contribution frequency
• Growth in AUM per client and overall LTV
• Measurable uplift from personalisation and nudging strategies
• Reduction in churn and improved client retention

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or data roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Deep understanding of growth funnels, attribution, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis)
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience in fintech, wealth management, or consumer platforms
• Familiarity with Python, data pipelines, or machine learning concepts
• Experience with martech tools (e.g. Segment, Braze, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• Exposure to AI-driven personalisation or recommendation systems
