About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to support our clients' payroll operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  
  

• Maintain and update employee payroll records and databases.
  
  

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other relevant regulations.
  
  

• Verify attendance records, overtime claims, allowances, deductions, and leave information.
  
  

• Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees.
  
  

• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
  
  

• Assist with annual tax submissions, audits, and other payroll-related activities.
  
  

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  
  

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of working experience are encouraged to apply.

• Training will be provided.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience using payroll systems will be an added advantage.
  
  

Remuneration

MYR 3,000 – MYR 3,500
