Responsibilities

Familiar with cost evaluation.

Experienced in pre & post contract administration.

Source for subcontractors and suppliers.

Taking off measurement & monthly progress claim.

Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or any equivalent.

Min 2 years working experience as QS

Experience in building projects, with Main Contractor an advantage.

Able to start work within short Notice, will be great.
