As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with enterprise customers to design, build, and launch AI-powered applications from concept through production. This is a hands-on role combining software engineering with customer collaboration to deliver impactful AI solutions.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from discovery to production.
• Build scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies.
• Work directly with customer engineering teams to understand requirements and drive adoption.
• Design technical solutions, write production code, and solve complex challenges.
• Share customer insights to help improve future AI products and capabilities.

What we're looking for:

• 3–11 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying LLM or generative AI applications.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer or similar.
• Background in AI-focused startups or companies developing AI/ML products. Big Tech experience is welcome if combined with startup or 0-to-1 product-building experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Southeast Asia and Australia.
