Description
Salary: $2000 - $3000
Responsibilities
* Prepare and pack stocks/retail items for online and offline orders
* Maintain and update stock list
* Respond promptly and positively to queries from customers, suppliers and business partners and follow-up
* Prepare and handle documentation: invoices, purchase orders etc.
* Coordination with merchandising, transport staff
* Monitoring the progress of orders or deliveries undertaken to ensure timely completion
* Assist with other admin related work
* Help with marketing and social media related work
Requirements
* Positive, meticulous and able to work independently
* Good attitude, honest, hardworking
* All education levels welcome
* Full and/or part-time available
