Main Responsibilities

• Drive room revenue and market share across Corporate, Leisure (OTA & Consortia), and Group segments.
• Manage and expand key leisure partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and online platforms.
• Conduct proactive sales activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee RFP and consortia submissions, ensuring timely completion, rate loading, and communication.
• Host FAM trips, site inspections, and property visits to showcase company.
• Optimize sales performance through strategic sales calls, reporting, and timely follow-ups.
• Participate in sales meetings and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Share market and competitor insights with DOSM and team for strategic alignment.
• Support the development of annual sales plans through market research and reporting.
• Collaborate with Reservations to maximize yield and group business revenue opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and propose timely promotions to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and property information.
• Set and track semester revenue targets, with regular performance reviews and adjustments.
• Promote company’s values by supporting sustainability initiatives within the department.
