Job Summary

Join Pink Orchard as a part-time Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage online orders, maintain stock quality, update the online store, and provide customer and operational support with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage online orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment
• Conduct quality checks on stock items to maintain product standards
• Update and maintain online store content to reflect current inventory and promotions
• Manage stock levels and office supplies to support smooth operations
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective service support
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to assist daily ecommerce functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month tenure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy
• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel to manage data and reports
• Good command of spoken and written English for communication
• Part-time tertiary students are encouraged to apply
