Key Responsibilities
Participate in the Management Trainee programme and complete all assigned training.
Learn and support the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
Deliver professional and courteous customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
Assist in coordinating daily restaurant operations to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Support manpower deployment and team coordination during daily operations.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company operational standards.
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and cost control initiatives.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare operational reports and perform administrative duties as assigned.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field; or equivalent relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
