Operations Representative

Job Duties:

1. Assist with frontline store operations, staff training, and school seminars.

2. Support promotional events, special sales, and marketing activities.

3. Customer service and handle client inquiries.

4. Liaise with department stores and landlords for business collaboration.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Business or related disciplines

• Familiar with MS Office (EXCEL)

• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
