Job Duties

• Live Broadcast & Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end production of live broadcasts and original television programs.
• Control Room & Rundown Management: Build broadcast rundowns and operate control room equipment during live airings.
• Team Coordination: Direct and collaborate with commentators, production crew, camera operators, audio engineers, replay operators, and graphics teams.
• Live Editorial Decision-Making: Exercise swift, sound editorial judgment and make real-time decisions during live events.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in video/television production.
• Industry Background: Strong, proven background in live TV broadcasting.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work shift duties, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by live broadcast schedules.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere.
