Job Description:

Team Supervision

• Guide and supervise sales staff during daily work.
• Train new employees and support team members when needed.
• Plan staff roster and arrange staff duties to ensure enough coverage on the shop floor.

Customer Service

• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, or complaints.
• Assist to resolve cashiering issues and ensure smooth checkout flow.

Store Operations

• Make sure the store is clean, organised, and presentable.
• Support the team to achieve sales targets.

Merchandising

• Assist with promotional or seasonal setup.

Stock Handling

• Work with the stockroom to manage inventory and replenishment.
• Help with receiving, packing, sorting, and arranging stock when required.
• Assist in stock checks and report any differences.

Administrative Support

• Follow company procedures and safety rules.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years retail experience required; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willing to be hands-on with both sales floor and operations tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
