About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Support Engineer to join Thoth Solutions Limited. In this entry-to-junior level role, you will provide both remote and in-house (on-site) technical support to our clients and internal teams. You will handle day-to-day IT issues, assist with system troubleshooting, and help maintain smooth operations. Full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a solid foundation in IT support and grow within a dynamic technology company.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Support users with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and basic networking
• Assist with Windows / Linux server basic administration and monitoring
• Support Microsoft 365 environment (user accounts, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
• Assist with Synology NAS / Synology Drive related issues and basic management
• Record, track, and prioritise support requests using IT service management processes
• Support basic system maintenance, software installation, configuration, and data tasks
• Work closely with senior engineers and clients to resolve issues efficiently
• Provide clear communication and guidance to both technical and non-technical users
• Support occasional on-site work at client locations or the office as required

What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration (internships are welcome)
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
• Experience or knowledge in the following is an advantage:
– Windows / Linux Server
– Microsoft 365
– Synology Drive / Synology NAS
– WordPress
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills quickly
• Good problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with users in both remote and face-to-face settings
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken). Mandarin is an advantage
• Able to work both remotely and on-site as needed
