Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Beautician to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional beauty, hair, and nail care services while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining organized retail and work areas. Key Roles & Responsibilities

Core Treatment Services:

• Skin Care: Perform facials, masks, peels, body scrubs, tanning treatments, and massages.

• Hair Removal: Provide waxing, threading, sugaring, electrolysis, or laser treatments.

• Makeup: Apply daily or special occasion makeup and advise clients on colors and techniques.

• Nail Care: Deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, nail art, extensions, polishing, and nail SPA treatments.

• Hair & Grooming Services: Execute eyebrow trimming, cutting, coloring, styling, and scalp treatments (depending on specialization).

Client & Business Operations:

• Consultations & Recommendations: Analyze client needs, skin/hair types, and recommend appropriate services, retail products, and home-care routines.

• Customer Service: Greet walk-in clients warmly, book appointments, explain procedures, and build lasting, positive relationships.

• Sales & Retail: Answer customer inquiries, offer helpful retail assistance, and actively recommend/sell beauty products and additional services.

• Record Keeping: Maintain updated client records, including treatment history and preferences.

• Hygiene & Inventory: Conduct stock takes, pack and organize stock levels, and ensure workstations and tools are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized.

• Professional Development: Attend ongoing training to stay updated on the latest industry techniques and products.

• Housekeeping: Perform general housekeeping duties in assigned work areas to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

• Education: Completion of at least primary/secondary school, ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels, a Professional Certificate, or a Nitec in any field.

• Language: Ability to converse fluently in English or Mandarin to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

• Appearance & Personality: Well-groomed professional appearance with a self-motivated, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

• Customer & Sales Focus: Strong passion for handling customers, driving sales, and delivering service excellence.

• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills and a positive attitude that supports teamwork and high levels of customer engagement.
