The Ipsos Research Trainee Programme is a 12-month accelerated graduate programme designed to develop high-potential individuals into future research professionals and leaders within Ipsos.

As a Research Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working on real client projects across various industries and categories while learning from some of the best research and insights professionals in the industry. Through structured training, mentorship, experiential learning, and cross-functional exposure, you will build a strong foundation in market research, data analytics, storytelling, and client management.

Assessment Day Requirement

As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Day, which will include a combination of activities such as business case discussions, group exercises, presentations, and interviews.

Assessment Day will be conducted on either 9 September 2026 or 10 September 2026.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to ensure their availability on these dates before submitting their application, as attendance is a mandatory part of the selection process.

What You Will Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of market research projects.
• Assist in research design, questionnaire development, fieldwork management, and project coordination.
• Analyse research data and identify meaningful insights and trends.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Conduct market, industry, and consumer trend analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Participate actively in learning and development activities throughout the programme.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that help clients make informed business decisions.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience.
• Strong passion for market research, consumer understanding, and business insights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable working with technology and data.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
• Willing to take on challenges and step outside your comfort zone.
