What is Your Role:

• Conduct site assessment and taking measurements
• Assist for planning and implementation of small to mega-watt solar PV projects
• Create PV layout, electrical SLD and PV design specifications
• Involve in research and product development
• Arrange for Operation and Maintenance work as needed
• Monitor project milestone, identify potential issues and put remedial measures into action that will lead to a high level of contract compliance as well as the satisfaction of customers and stakeholders.
• Support sales team in sales visit and presentation
• Communicate with clients in terms of project status, and manage customers’ expectation as needed
• To present and attend project site meeting with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities and other relevant parties to ensure smooth progress in the project execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

What we need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in related field
• Experience in solar projects will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Posses own transport and willing to travel outstations
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Able to develop relationships with customers and inspire confidence in the Company and its products and services
• Able to work independently and good team player
• Mature, honest & trustworthy
