We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Executive to oversee oversee inventory management, picking/packing, daily Warehouse & logistics workflows, manage inventory accuracy, and lead warehouse operations. You will ensure seamless inbound/outbound processing while maintaining high safety standards and optimizing facility space.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail & Wholesale Fulfillment: Oversee stock consolidation, picking, packing, and dispatch for weekly retail branch replenishment and wholesale dealer orders nationwide.
• Maintain strict inventory accuracy across high-volume shoe sizes, apparel SKUs, and sports accessories using POS systems.
• Coordinate container unloading, perform incoming quality inspection on imported footwear/apparel shipment batches, and manage put-away procedures.
• Stock Transfers & Returns: Process stock transfer notes for retail outlets and handle return material authorizations for damaged/defective merchandise.
• Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse assistants, foreign workers, managing daily shift schedules, task delegation, and productivity targets.
• Design and manage the floor plan for warehouse storage, for item in & out & place for set up team.
• Plan delivery / shipment arrangement for all outlets and fair item/ import & export with the relevant party internally and externally.
• Ensure the boxes are arrange properly, and nicely ( not too high). Ensure the workers safety when arrange the boxes.
• Handling the related billing, shipment cost from supplier and process the system entry.
• Prepare report as assigned by management.
• Monitoring inventory levels and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high.
• Source few outside transportation for back up in the event of emergency needed.
• Prepare monthly duty roster for Lorry Driver & Klindan – Time and place.

Requirements

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Warehouse Management / Logistic / supply chain/ Transportation / Business Study /Administration or equivalent
• Required Language :Mandarin , Bahasa Malaysia & English,
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in warehouse operations or logistics management .
• Understand the warehouse management , transportation process flow and its interface with business, production & shipping process
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Familiar with planning techniques.
• Computer Literate – Ms Excel, Ms Word and any related software
