Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Pilates & EMS studio, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe functioning.
• Manage and support a team of Pilates & EMS instructors and front-desk staff.
• Develop and maintain class schedules that balance instructor availability and client demand.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the studio environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address member concerns or feedback promptly.
• Assist with new client onboarding, tours, and consultations.
• Monitor and manage instructor performance, provide feedback, and coordinate training as needed.
• Track studio performance metrics (attendance, retention, membership growth) and develop strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to promote classes, events, and membership packages.
• Handle inventory and ordering of studio supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fitness or wellness studio management, preferably in Pilates.
• Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer), or deep understanding of Pilates practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer service-focused with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with scheduling software, booking platforms, and POS systems
• Mandarin speaker is advantages

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
