About the Role

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will be the primary point of contact for our students and their families throughout their educational journey.

Your goal is to ensure every student receives outstanding support, stays engaged with our programmes, and enjoys a smooth experience from onboarding through to completion. You will build strong relationships, proactively solve problems, and work closely with multiple internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

No prior experience in medical education is required. We provide comprehensive training for candidates with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new students through the onboarding process.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor student progress.
• Answer enquiries and provide timely support.
• Resolve issues professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for programme upgrades or additional services when appropriate.
• Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and performance KPIs.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Friendly, empathetic, and confident communicating with students and parents through video and voice calls.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple students and tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experienced in customer service, client success, education, sales, or account management (preferred but not essential).

Work Schedule

During your initial training period:

• 6 days per week
• 8 hours per day

After successful onboarding, you may be eligible for one of the following schedules depending on business needs and performance:

• 5 days per week (9 hours per day), or
• 6 days per week (8 hours per day)

Weekend work is required, with rest days scheduled on weekdays.

Remote Work Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A stable, high-speed internet connection.
• A quiet and professional home working environment.
• A reliable computer capable of handling video conferencing and daily work tasks.
• Availability to attend video meetings and communicate professionally online.

Salary

• Base Salary: US$1,000 per month
• Performance Bonuses: KPI bonuses + Team bonuses
• Uncapped Commission: Earn additional commission through student upsells, programme top-ups, and installment collections.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): US$1,600–2,000+ per month, with no cap on commission potential.
