• Develop project schedules and work plans for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, and clients to ensure project alignment with design concepts.
• Plan material procurement and logistics to avoid project delays.
• Oversee site progress and ensure work is carried out as per design specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to materials, structures, and installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
• Monitor contractor performance and address any issues that arise.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare progress reports, variation orders, and project documentation.
• Assist in project cost estimation and material selection.
• Provide regular updates to clients and management on project status.
• Conduct site visits with clients, consultants, and authorities when required.
• Address client concerns and provide technical recommendations.
