We are a brand-new Thai-Vietnamese restaurant opening at Kai Tak with a welcoming atmosphere and a great team culture. We operate primarily in an English-speaking environment.

Job Duties:-

• Active Floor Service: Actively work on the floor alongside the Restaurant Manager and a Junior Server to take orders, serve food, and deliver hands-on hospitality.
• Shift Supervision: Lead by example on the floor, overseeing daily opening/closing procedures, cash drawer reconciliation, and daily side-duties.
• Takeaway & Delivery Coordination: Manage and pack incoming takeaway and platform delivery orders (e.g., Foodpanda, Keeta), ensuring strict order accuracy and smooth driver hand-offs.
• Team Guidance: Support the Restaurant Manager in guiding and training the Junior Server to maintain high service standards.
• Quality & Cleanliness: Ensure the team maintains strict compliance with food safety, hygiene protocols, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Operational Assistance: Assist the Restaurant Manager with secondary management tasks, including staff scheduling, stock inventory tracking, and guest relations.

Requirements:-

• Valid HK Permanent ID or Dependent Visa
• Min. 2 years experience in Hong Kong F&B market (Basic bar knowledge is a plus)
• Proficiency in English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
