We're Hiring: D365 CRM Architect!

We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Architect to lead our customer relationship management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with the ability to design and implement customized solutions that meet business needs.

Location: Singapore, Singapore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: D365 CRM Architect

What You'll Do:
Design and implement D365 CRM solutions tailored to business requirements
Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
Provide technical guidance and support during project execution
Develop best practices for data management and user training
Document architecture designs and processes for future reference
Stay updated on the latest trends in CRM technology

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM architecture, specifically with D365
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
