What The Role Is

You serve as the Principal Staff Officer to the Head of Training Support Branch and Deputy Commander (Army), providing specialist expertise across Human Resource Management, Finance, and Logistics to enable the Officer Cadet School (OCS) to fulfil its mission of nurturing leaders for Singapore and the SAF.

What You Will Be Working On

• Serve as the principal advisor on all matters relating to Human Resource Management, Finance, and Logistics
• Provide military counterparts with specialised expertise that complements their operational experience
• Oversee and coordinate administrative and logistical functions across all OCS sub-units
• Manage relationships with Higher Headquarters (HHQ) stakeholders, sub-unit commanders and their administrative teams, as well as external vendors and contract managers
  
  Challenge(s)
• Engaging a diverse range of stakeholders with competing priorities to ensure seamless delivery of OCS operations
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resource Management, Finance, Administration, and Logistics, preferably within a large and complex organisation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated analytical judgement, sound decision-making, and leadership capabilities in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
  
  Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
