We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and has the ability to translate ideas into engaging designs across both digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop creative materials that strengthen our brand identity and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality marketing and promotional materials, including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with the company's branding guidelines.
• Create digital content for websites, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and other visual content when required.
• Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with external vendors where necessary.
• Ensure all designs are delivered within agreed timelines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across digital and print media.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, creative mindset, and willingness to learn.
