Role Description Only open for local Malaysian. This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic role based in Shah Alam. The Junior Graphic team member will assist in designing and producing visual assets for online stores, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include creating product graphics, banners, and thumbnails, performing basic image editing and layout adjustments, and ensuring brand consistency across all visuals. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to support promotions, live streaming events, and platform-specific campaigns. The Junior Graphic team member will also help prepare files for upload, maintain asset libraries, and adapt designs based on performance insights and feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in graphics and graphic design, including layout, color, and typography.
• Proficiency in image editing tools and basic photo retouching for e-commerce product and promotional visuals.
• Understanding of social media platforms and how visual content supports engagement and brand presence.
• Interest in marketing concepts and the role of design in driving clicks, conversions, and brand recognition.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, take constructive feedback, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management to handle multiple design tasks.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
