We’re Hiring: Project Admin (Procurement & Project Coordination)

Wallmaster is seeking a dedicated and organised Project Admin to support our procurement and project coordination functions within the Construction, Renovation, and Interior Design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, and issuing Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing, material availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely procurement in line with project requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, invoices, delivery orders, and project documentation.
• Assist the project team with project coordination, reporting, and administrative support.
• Ensure all procurement and project documentation is accurate and compliant with company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, project administration, construction, renovation, or interior design.
• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in procurement and supplier coordination within the construction or interior fit-out industry is an advantage.
