Job purpose:

This role supports the onsite members and stakeholders for both business and technical aspects of the in-house eStore end-to-end operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Regional first line technical support for the corporate ecommerce platform (SAP Hybris Commerce), integrated with multiple external & internal systems (Payment Gateways, ERP, 3PLs, etc).
• Coordinate and collaborate with all ecommerce-related stakeholders in regards to system-related requests and troubleshoot any user/system-related issues and queries. Provide technical consultancy and workaround solutions during urgency.
• Understand business needs and requirements for any functional change requests and enhancements.
• Engage with HQ development team to resolve issues and implementation requests.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aware of the progress of all requests/issues and set clear understanding about the possible business risks.
• Ensure the SLAs of all incidents' priorities and resolutions are meet.
• Understand, share HQ guidelines (design, system, policies) & provide the necessary proper compliant guidance, materials and techniques.
• Enhance the service quality by continually improving the knowledge base, skillsets and new process proposals.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Candidate should have 3-8 years of working knowledge/experience in ecommerce and related platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris ecommerce solution either in development or in operation.
• Experience in JIRA ticketing system is an advantage.
• Experienced with system integration, especially on Hybris – ERP/Payment gateway.
• Experience in SAP ERP is a big plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills is required to be able to liaise & co-work with various teams.
• Responsible, organized, independent and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Must speak English fluently. Korean/Mandarin speaking is a plus.
