We're a performance-first digital marketing agency based in Midvalley, Kuala Lumpur.

We manage Google Ads budgets for ambitious clients across e-commerce, services, and retail and we don't do vanity metrics. Our clients care about leads, ROAS, and revenue. So do we.

We're growing fast. We need someone who can manage accounts end-to-end, hold their own in client meetings, and flag problems before they become complaints.

What you'll own

• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
• Own client communication, weekly reports, strategy calls, expectation setting
• Interpret data and translate it into clear recommendations clients actually understand
• Monitor spend pacing, ROAS, CPA, and flag issues proactively
• Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies
• Onboard new clients and set up tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion goals)
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts

What you need to bring

• 2+ years managing Google Ads accounts (agency experience preferred)
• Strong command of Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Comfortable presenting data and strategy directly to clients
• You can explain why ROAS dropped — and what to do about it
• Detail-oriented: you catch budget errors before clients do
• Familiar with e-commerce and lead gen campaign types
• Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads or multi-channel campaigns

The role in plain terms

This is not a back-office role. You'll be the main point of contact for your client portfolio. You'll write the strategy, execute the campaigns, and defend the results in a call. If you're the type who hides behind dashboards and avoids difficult conversations, this isn't for you.
