Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations

Location: Singapore

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations professional to support enterprise identity governance, user access management, and privileged access operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, and Privileged Access Management within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes.
• Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications across enterprise applications.
• Administer Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.
• Support User Access Reviews (UAR), access certifications, and audit activities.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and application access.
• Administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Troubleshoot identity and access-related issues while ensuring compliance with security policies and SLAs.
• Support onboarding of new applications into the IAM ecosystem.
• Work closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant access management.
• Prepare operational reports, documentation, and support internal/external audits.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes.
• Experience in User Provisioning, De-provisioning, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, and enterprise authentication.
• Experience with one or more IGA solutions such as:
• SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
• Saviynt
• Okta
• Microsoft Entra ID Governance
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as:
• CyberArk
• BeyondTrust
• Delinea
• Experience in RBAC, SoD, Access Governance, and User Access Reviews (UAR).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and IAM operational support.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as:
• SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Saviynt
• CyberArk Defender/Sentry
• Microsoft SC-300
• Okta Certified Professional
• ITIL Foundation
• CISSP (Preferred)
