Job Description:

• SMT Technician will primarily be responsible for maintaining and monitoring processes and operating systems for the SMT department.
• Will be expected to support SMT equipment, AOI, SPI, Xray, Wave solder machine and rework equipment.
• Program Xray inspection machine
• Debug, and maintain SMT pick and place equipment
• Create soldering profiles for SMT reflow ovens and wave solder and rework equipment.
• Finetune the SPI (solder paste inspection) machines inspection criteria
• Monitors and improves efficiency, output, and safety of manufacturing processes
• Communicate with supervisors and peers to resolve issues
• Participate in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement
• Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in electronic manufacturing environment
• A diploma in (EE, ME, or Engineering Technology) or equivalent experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT designation)
• Technical/General Skills Experience with the following equipment will be considered a plus: SaKi, KohYoung SPI, NPM Mouter, KIC, and Vitronics reflow
• A firm understanding of SMT components will be expected
• Must be able to understand on all SMT process
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Ability to read engineering documentation and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD001 workmanship criteria
• Malaysian citizen.
• Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
