About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Project Site Supervisor at I DESIGN & BUILD SDN BHD, a leading construction company in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and monitor all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors, tradesmen, and labourers to optimize productivity and resource utilization
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, implementing effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and any incidents or deviations from the plan
• Liaise with the project manager, architects, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure effective communication
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to protect the well-being of all site personnel
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, cost estimates, and other documentation as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage site operations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to coordinate various concurrent activities
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Proven track record of ensuring project safety and compliance with industry standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals and tradesmen
